Every piece in our D.R.E.A.M Closet is crafted to inspire action, confidence, and daily movement. If your order does not meet your expectations, or if something goes wrong along the way, we are dedicated to making it right.
• Order Processing: Most in-stock items are packaged and prepared within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays).
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping across the contiguous United States typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days once picked up by our shipping partners.
• Tracking Your Package: The moment your order ships, an automated email containing your tracking link is sent directly to your email address. You can follow your package every step of the journey.
• Shipping Costs: Transparent rates are calculated right at checkout. Qualifying bulk orders and special promotional campaigns include free standard shipping.
We want you to love what you wear. If your hoodie, tee, or accessory doesn't fit quite right:
• 30-Day Window: You can request a return or size exchange within 30 days of receiving your package.
• Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• How to Start an Exchange: Simply email our support team at JoeDreamz@livejoedreamz.org with your order number and the size you'd like instead. We will send you return instructions right away.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, shows a manufacturing defect, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item or size:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we immediately process your refund.
• Funds are credited straight back to your original payment method (via Stripe for credit/debit cards, or PayPal).
• Banks usually reflect the credit on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Need to change your shipping address, adjust a size, or cancel? Please email us at JoeDreamz@livejoedreamz.org within 12 hours of placing your order. Once our warehouse has fulfilled and dispatched the package, modifications cannot be made until the package is delivered.

By visiting livejoedreamz.com, placing an order, participating in the D.R.E.A.M Community, using the Digital Dream Journal, or scheduling a program, you agree to these simple terms. Our mission is to provide an encouraging, high-energy environment for everyone pursuing their dreams.
Our community feed and book club chat exist to inspire, learn, and grow together. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against:
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech toward any member.
• Inappropriate, explicit, or unlawful content and media uploads.
• Spamming, advertising competing commercial products, or unauthorized data scraping.
We reserve the right to remove any post and immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these safety standards.
Your personal reflection entries, dreams, images, and audio/video files recorded in your Digital Dream Journal belong strictly to you. We treat your personal journal as private. We will never sell, lease, or publicly share your journal reflections without your explicit written permission.
• Booking Confirmation: Your assembly date is locked in once the booking agreement and initial deposit are finalized.
• Rescheduling: We know school schedules, testing weeks, and calendars can change. Please give us at least 14 days' written notice to transfer your assembly to another open date on our calendar at no penalty.
• Cancellations: If an event must be cancelled entirely, deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event date, or can be credited 100% toward a future school assembly within the academic year.
• Original Creation: Each Birthday Freestyle is individually recorded and dedicated by Joe Dreamz based on the recipient details you submit.
• Delivery: Files are delivered digitally via high-definition streaming and download links within 5–7 business days (or within 48 hours for rush orders).
• Personal Use: Songs and video shoutouts are crafted for personal celebration (birthday parties, social media sharing, family keepsakes). Commercial broadcast rights require a separate written agreement.
Please keep your account credentials secure and do not share tier access passwords. We continuously improve and update our platform to give you the best experience, and reserve the right to modify services, feature sets, or pricing with advance notice.
Your personal details are never sold, rented, or traded to advertisers.
All checkouts run via certified Stripe and PayPal encrypted gateways.

Your trust is everything to us. We collect only the information necessary to ship your merchandise, grant you access to coaching curriculum and book club discussions, and deliver inspirational updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers. Ever.
• Account Information: When you create an account, we store your name and email address so you can securely log in.
• Orders & Shipping: When you buy merchandise from the D.R.E.A.M Closet, we collect your shipping address and contact phone number strictly to deliver your package and send tracking updates.
• Community & Journals: Messages you post in community channels or entries you save in your personal Digital Dream Journal are stored in our secure database to display them on your screen.
• Newsletter: If you voluntarily join the D.R.E.A.M Newsletter, we save your email to send weekly encouragement and event announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
We use essential session cookies to remember who is logged in and keep items saved in your visionary shopping bag. We also use Google reCAPTCHA v2/v3 on checkout and contact forms to protect our platform and members from automated spam bots and malicious attacks.
Because our school assemblies and programs actively serve youth and K-12 students, we take children's privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable consent from their parent, guardian, or educational institution. If you are a parent or educator and wish to review, update, or remove a student's profile, contact us immediately.
You have full control over your data. At any time, you can request an export of your information or ask us to permanently delete your account, orders history, and journal reflections by emailing our privacy team at JoeDreamz@livejoedreamz.org. We will honor and process your request within 48 business hours.
